The Perfect Program is a professionally structured showcase experience for serious baseball and fastpitch athletes. Players are evaluated, receive measurable performance data, participate in a live team-selection process, practice with their drafted team and compete in meaningful games.

Both programs are limited to 48 athletes per age group and follow the same standards of measurable evaluation, professional organization, balanced teams and meaningful competition. Each experience is tailored to its sport, with separate event information and locations.

It is a showcase-style event with tournament competition. The weekend combines professional evaluations, team selection, structured practices, pool play and bracket play.

Events are hosted by local USSSA directors in collaboration with National USSSA Program Directors and selected event partners.

Age divisions and eligibility requirements may vary by event. Each event page will list the available age groups and location-specific requirements.

Yes. Perfect 48 Baseball and Perfect 48 Fastpitch are each limited to 48 athletes per age group. This allows every athlete to receive meaningful attention and evaluation opportunities.

Registration remains open until an age division reaches capacity or its posted deadline. Families are encouraged to register early.

Registered families receive updates by email, including check-in instructions, meetings, itinerary changes, uniform details and equipment requirements.

Policies may vary by event. Please review the terms presented during registration or contact our staff before registering if you have questions.

Athletes participate in a pro-style workout. Baseball testing may include a laser-timed 60-yard dash, position velocity, bullpen sessions and exit velocity. Fastpitch testing may include a laser-timed 20-yard dash, home-to-first time, position velocity, catcher pop times, pitching sessions and exit velocity.

FlightScope is performance-tracking technology used to record measurable player data during workouts. Available metrics may vary by position, age division and event.

FlightScope data recorded during the workout is included in the player package. Access instructions will be communicated to participating families.

After the workout, coaches build teams using evaluation results, player positions and roster needs. Perfect Program staff monitor the process to promote fairness and competitive balance.

Because teams are created through a live draft-style process, teammate and coach requests are not guaranteed.

Coaches are selected using Perfect Program standards and may include former or current professional, college and high school coaches, along with former or current college players.

Structured team practices lead into two pool play games followed by bracket play.

Each athlete receives a four-game guarantee, weather and circumstances outside the event's control permitting.

The format is designed to give every athlete meaningful opportunities to compete. Exact playing time may vary by roster, position, game situation and event rules.

Rosters are created after player evaluations and the team-selection process. Release timing will be listed in the itinerary or communicated directly to families.

Schedules may be posted in advance using temporary team names. Final team assignments will be connected to those schedule positions after the draft.

Yes. Times may change because of registration totals, weather, field availability or other event needs. Important updates will be posted online and emailed to registered families.

The standard package includes two game jerseys, official event headwear, a workout shirt, workout shorts, a four-game guarantee, an event ring, FlightScope data and an opportunity to earn All-Tournament Team recognition.

Event staff may recognize standout athletes based on performance, effort, sportsmanship and overall impact. Selected athletes may receive an opportunity to attend a postseason event.

Distribution details will be included in the event itinerary. Items may be distributed during check-in, workouts or team practice.

Players should bring all equipment required for their sport and position, including a glove, bat, helmet, cleats, catcher's equipment when applicable, white pants and the required socks and belt.

Metal cleats are not allowed on turf surfaces. Players should bring molded cleats or appropriate turf shoes.

Each event has a dedicated page containing the latest dates, venue, itinerary, registration link, equipment information and Google Maps directions when available.

Hotel accommodations are not included unless specifically stated. Room blocks or lodging requirements will be posted or sent to registered families when applicable.

Staff will communicate changes as quickly as possible. Adjustments may include delayed starts, shortened games, revised schedules or other format changes.

Yes, unless a venue has a specific restriction. Admission, parking fees and venue policies may vary by location.

Concession availability varies by facility. Families should review event updates and arrive prepared when concessions are limited.

The Perfect 48 event will be held at Champions Park in Newberry, Florida. The main event runs January 16–18, 2027, with player check-in on Friday, January 15.

Yes. The Player Zoom Meeting is Saturday, January 9, at 7:00 PM EST. The meeting link is available on the Newberry event page.

Players should bring white baseball pants, royal blue socks, a royal blue belt, a wristband for signal cards, all necessary baseball equipment and molded cleats or turf shoes.
